Claude Code for Product Managers
Notiky prepares Claude Code with product decisions, artifacts, and context packs so agent output stays aligned with product intent.
Claude Code should not start from a blank prompt
Claude Code can execute complex engineering tasks. The risk is not code quality alone; it is missing product intent. Notiky feeds Claude Code the relevant decisions, constraints, and artifacts before the run begins.
Prepare Claude Code for a product task
Use Notiky for the shared objective, decisions, and evidence, and keep repository-specific instructions in the project files Claude Code reads. This gives the agent both the product purpose and the engineering rules. A long conversation history is not required to explain why the task exists.
You need access to the relevant Notiky workspace and an installed Claude Code environment. Follow the current connection guidance in Notiky Settings, then verify that the agent resolves the intended project. Ask it to retrieve the relevant task and decisions before allowing the implementation to expand.
Example: implement a decision-linked change
A PM can connect an onboarding task to customer evidence and a decision about the first-use experience. Ask Claude Code to restate those constraints, inspect the existing implementation, and propose the smallest change that satisfies the acceptance criteria. Resolve missing product information before the agent fills the gap with a guess.
As the agent works, require the normal repository checks and a clear account of behavior changes. Product context guides the implementation; it does not replace code review, test results, or an explicit account of anything that could not be verified.
Carry learning into the next session
At handoff, compare the result with the task objective and review any proposed knowledge changes. A new finding can become a lesson or an insight; an implementation summary belongs with the work record. This keeps future retrieval focused on the reasoning another person or agent will actually need.
